Homework 11/3-11/5
Tuesday- Read Macbeth Act 1 sc. 1 & 2
Wednesday- Complete five paragraph essay: "Should Stepinac students have to wear uniforms?" You may type- MLA style, double-spaced, or hand-write, MLA heading, skipping lines. Due Thursday.
Thursday- Memorize "The Road Not Taken"
Keep memorizing poem "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost- Recitation will begin next Wednesday, Nov. 12, when we return from the long weekend.
Homework 11/12-11/14
Wednesday- Be ready to recite your poem tomorrow...continuation of poem recitation.
Thursday- Bring Macbeth to class tomorrow. We will be continuing with Act 1. Students may try for a better grade on their poem recitation, tomorrow after school until 3:30pm
Friday- Finish reading Act 1 of Macbeth
Homework 11/17-11/21
Monday- Begin work of Wordly Wise exercises, lesson 4. They will be collected Friday before the Quiz. Read Act II. sc. 3 of Macbeth.
Tuedsay- Read Act III sc 2-3 of Macbeth and continue Wordly Wise work on Lesson 4

Wednesday- Read Macbeth Act IV sc 1-2 study for Wordly Wise quiz Friday
Thursday- Finish Wordly Wise Lesson 4 exercises and be ready for the quiz

Tuesday 12/16- Read ch. 6 of Fredrick Douglass and keep working on Wordly Wise 5 exercises for Friday
Wednesday 12/17- Finish reading ch. 7 of the Slave Narrative
Thursday- Finish Wordly Wise 5 exercises and prepare for quiz.

Monday 1/5- Read through ch.8 of Slave Narrative and be prepared to take a reading quiz.
Finish pages 142-162 in the grammar book. Turn grammar books in tomorrow.
Tuesday 1/6- Read chapter 9 of Slave Narrative, turn in grammar books if you haven't done so! New Five Paragraph essay due next Wednesday Jan. 14. Topic: "Should the age for becoming a legal driver be changed?"
