INSTRUCTIONAL GOALS
The course will cover the remaining Math B Algebra, Geometry and Trigonometry topics necessary for the Math B Regents Exam. The Math B Regents exam will be administered in June 2008.

COURSE SCHEDULE
During the 1st quarter, the following chapters and topics will be covered:
- Chapter 8 – Rational Numbers
- Chapter 10 – Real Numbers
- Chapter 20 – Complex Numbers
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
General Rules:
Students are expected to:
- be on time to class
- bring textbook, notebook and calculator to class
- have homework out and ready to be checked
- take class notes on a daily basis
- demonstrate a respectful classroom attitude
Grading Policies:
In general, each quarter’s grade will be comprised of 4 unit tests and a Homework grade. The Homework grade will be counted as a fifth unit test.
