Project : Design your own workout program for One Week (Sunday thru Saturday) based on what we have discussed in class. You should list the exercises you will do for a particular day as well as any days of rest. Be sure to state your goals and correspond your routine with your goals.
Include:
1) Cardiovascular exercise
2) 1 single joint & 1 multi joint exercise for every joint movement
3) Place in correct order (Proximal to Distal & MJ to SJ)
4) Anaerobic and Aerobic days (based on goals)
5) Proper rest for joints
