DECA BUSINESS CHALLENGE CLUB is more than just a club—it’s a pathway to leadership, innovation, and real-world success. As part of an international organization with nearly 300,000 members, DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, hospitality, and business management.  Members will put classroom learning into action through authentic, project-based activities that connect with business partners and provide real insight into industry. The spark of competition drives students to excel at regional, state, and national levels, while gaining practical experience solving real-world business problems. Along the way, students grow in confidence, build leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, and strengthen resumes that stand out to colleges and future employers.
