Economics Club

Description: This club consists of students from various year levels and gives them an opportunity to explore, discuss, and track key economic trends like unemployment, GDP, inflation, the stock market, and other metrics during the course of the school year and beyond. We will also look at key fiscal policy decisions from our government as well as the monetary policies from the Federal Reserve and explore the effects they will have on our economy. While key recent events will often be our primary focus, student's interests will drive our discussions and activities as we examine many of these economic trends so students can have a better sense of what is going on with the US & Global economies.
